Alessandro is responsible for Cullen International’s European telecoms benchmark, and for monitoring the evolution of the telecoms regulatory framework in Italy. Prior to joining Cullen International, he gained extensive experience in TIM and FiberCop, with positions ranging from the supervisory office to finance and control, from the strategy department to wholesale; he also worked in the reinsurance industry in the City of London.

Alessandro holds a degree in Economics from “La Sapienza” University of Rome and a Master’s degree in EU project financing.
