3. COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM AND CONTRACT (for both members and non-members)

a) What’s required

The exhibitor must sign and return by email (a) a completed and signed application form and (b) a completed and signed Event Participation Agreement.

b) Booth Selection – SEE EXHIBITION FLOOR PLAN

All companies applying for exhibitor sponsorship will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Companies which signed up for the FTTH Conference 2026 in London will receive priority in selecting booths for Fibre Horizons 2027. The application form allows the exhibitor to indicate up to five preferred booth numbers according to the exhibition floor plan.
The Fibre Council Europe secretariat will allocate one of your five booth selections subject to availability.
If none of the exhibitor’s booth choices are available, the exhibitor will be contacted to select from remaining booth locations.

Please note that the precise location of booths selected by exhibitors according to the current floor plan may be subject to some change to comply with venue guidelines, technical regulations and/or to best fit the exhibition booths, fixtures and fittings and other associated features of the exhibition hall design.

c) Booth Confirmation

Exhibitor sponsorship is only valid after you have received written confirmation from the Fibre Council Europe secretariat. This confirmation will only be sent after all requirements (see point 3.a) above) are fulfilled.
For questions regarding exhibitor sponsorship application please contact: Marcus Benson, Conference and Membership Director
