Your Roundtable will be published as part of the Conference programme on our conference website and mobile app and promoted via our Conference newsletter and social media channels. In addition, we will support you by actively promoting the Roundtable Sessions via dedicated email communications and push notifications on the mobile app. We do encourage you to make your own promotion as well.
The roundtable host should arrive at the Roundtable area min. 15 minutes before sessions start. Conference staff will assist with locating your table, welcoming delegates and providing additional seating if required. All delegates with a full conference pass are free to join roundtables, no pre-registration required.
