Fibre Horizons 2027 in an open presentation space within the Exhibition Hall

WHAT IS IT?

Format:	Presentation slot of 30 minutes (Q&A may be included within the 30 mins if desired)
Topic:	You are free to choose your topic, whether showcasing a new product feature, presenting a use case or sharing industry insights. Presentation title, speaker details and abstract must be submitted in advance.
Representatives:	One (1) to a maximum of two (2) presenters from your organisation (please note you will be responsible for the cost of registering your speakers to the event)
Location:	Exhibition Hall, Level 0
Provided Set-up:	Open stage in the Exhibition Hall with approx. 50 seats and a large monitor screen Lectern with presentation laptop (or bring your own device with HDMI connector) Lapel mic or hand-held microphone Headphones for attendees to ensure good sound quality
Open to:	Exhibitors only

HOW IT WORKS

Booking:	OET slots are available as an add-on opportunity for exhibitors (non-member rate € 2.000 / member rate € 1.500). You can either book it directly with your exhibitor application or at a later stage via a dedicated order form. You will have the opportunity to indicate your three preferred time slots (time slots will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis according to receipt of orders).
Content:	You will need to submit your presentation title, speaker details and a short abstract (max. 100 words) as soon as possible and no later than 15 January 2027 to publish in the conference programme.
Promotion:	Your Open Exhibition Theatre presentation will be published as part of the Conference programme on our conference website and mobile app and promoted on our Conference newsletter and social media channels. In addition, we support you by actively promoting the Open Exhibition Theatre programme via dedicated email communication and push notifications on the mobile app. We also encourage you to promote your session through your own communication channels.
On site:	Your speaker should arrive at the Open Exhibition Theatre 20 minutes before start of their presentation for a technical check. Conference staff will assist in case of technical difficulties, check in attendees and hand out headphones. All delegates are free to join the presentation, no pre-registration required.
Attendee Details:	You will receive a list of the delegates who attended your presentation with contact details shortly after the event.
Best suited for:	Product launches, demonstrations, customer case studies and technical presentations
