Conference Panel Sessions

WHAT ARE THEY?

Format:	New opportunity for a single representative from Platinum and Gold exhibitors to present, alongside operators, investors and policy makers, in one of the the panel sessions of the main conference programme. Panel sessions will last for one hour (60 minutes) and will include a short introduction from each speaker, panel discussion and then Q&A within the remaining time.
Topic:	Subject matter for conference panel sessions will be determined by the Fibre Council Europe and exhibitors will be able to apply for a speaking slot on a 'first come, first served' basis, according to when the exhibitor application is made. Platinum and Gold exhibitors will be free to apply for a speaking slot based on their experience of the subject matter.
Representative:	A maximum of one (1) C-level representative may be selected (please note that a speaking slot in the main conference programme is not guaranteed for all exhibiting companies). Please note that exhibitors will need to use one of their complimentary passes that comes with their exhibitor package for this speaker to attend the event.
Location:	Conference Rooms, Level 0
Provided Set-up:	Conference rooms laid out for approx. 350-400 pax audience Conference stage with low comfortable chairs and coffee tables Lectern Lapel mics
Open to:	Platinum and Gold Exhibitors only

HOW IT WORKS

Booking:	When a Platinum or a Gold exhibitor signs up to exhibit, they will complete a speaker application form. Please note – applications are NOT automatically accepted and you ultimately may not receive a speaking slot as (a) there is a limited number of opportunities and (b) the speaker and proposed subject matter must carefully suit the panel session topic.
Content:	You will need to submit speaker details with your application (see above). Any presentation slides that are accepted to support your speaker's opening intervention must be submitted in good time according to the conference organiser's requirements.
Promotion:	The conference panel session will be published as part of the main Conference programme on our conference website and mobile app and promoted on our conference newsletter and social media channels. We also encourage you to promote your session through your own communication channels.
On site:	Your speaker should arrive at the Speaker Room 60 minutes before start of their presentation for final briefings and technical checks. Conference staff will assist with fitting microphones and accompany speakers to the Conference room. All delegates with a full conference pass are free to join the presentation, no pre-registration required.
Attendee Details:	You will receive details of attendee statistics for your session shortly after the event.
Best suited for:	Demonstrating thought leadership, expertise and detailed knowledge of the industry. Presenting broad solution approaches to address industry challenges.
